TENDER EXECUTIVE-GEM

Responsibilities:

  • Identify Tender and read eligibility criteria with technical and financial team to prepare summary and send information to all the member for confirmation go head.

  • Keeping records of all the Tenders published by department and uploading/submitting the general, technical, financial documents through online and offline platforms.

  • Manage bidding process, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/ partners till bid is submit.

  • Documents scan & upload, BOQ- financial bid calculation along with Team.

  • Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications

  • Aspiring candidates should be capable of handling the following functions:

o Tender Search Bid Preparation - Technical Price Bid

o E - tendering / E - Bidding / Reverse Auctions / Live Auctions

o Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid

o Coordinate with the respective dept. for document procurement in process of tenders

o Reporting bidding status online / offline on daily basis

o Attending pre bid / post bid meetings with customers

o Back end support to Accounts Recovery

o Tracking status of Tenders offers

o Track Tenders/ RFPs for new bids/ design competitions.

Follow up- All mail, (PBG)- Bank Guarantee, EMD Release, Material Dispatch, payment & other deductions.


· GeM Portal- Minimum experience of 3 years:

o Working Knowledge of OEM Panel

o Manage complete Company portfolio on GEM Portal.

o Know how to make all documents required for bidding.

o Tracking of EMD & Bank Guarantee.

o Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience

o Familiar with techno-commercial bids & tenders

NOTE : GEM KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE MUST.
